|			of indirection in do_func for monadic
|			functions.  Dyadic functions require two
|			levels, and the tables are still contained
|			in do_func.  The table is arranged for
|			index with a 10-bit index, with the first
|			7 bits the opcode, and the remaining 3
|			the stag.  For dyadic functions, all
|			valid addresses are to the generic entry
|			point.
